Does it cost me anything?
No. It's completely free for candidates and always will be. We're paid by the company that hires you. If anyone in recruitment asks you for a fee to find you work, walk away.
I've never sold solar before. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Some of the strongest people in this industry came from car sales, telecoms, insurance or home improvements. If you can build rapport and handle an objection, the product knowledge is the easy part — and the companies we work with will train you on it.
Are the sales roles commission only?
Some are, some aren't. Remote closing roles are typically commission only with uncapped earnings and appointments provided; field and employed roles usually carry a basic salary. We'll tell you exactly which is which before you interview — no surprises.
What does "appointments provided" actually mean?
It means a qualified homeowner has already agreed a time to speak to you about solar, and it's in your diary. You're not cold calling and you're not knocking doors to generate your own pipeline. We'll be straight with you about the volume and the typical conversion rate for each role.
Do you cover the whole UK?
Yes. Remote closing and setting roles are UK-wide. Installation, roofing and electrical roles are regional, so tell us your patch and how far you're willing to travel.
What happens to my data?
We hold your details so we can match you to roles and we never sell them on. We only share your CV with an employer once you've said yes to that specific role. You can ask us to delete everything at any time — see the privacy notice.
